Transfer Admission Guarantee

Guarantee your admission
to UC Davis

The UC Davis Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) is a written agreement ensuring your admission to UC Davis from any California community college.

How to apply for TAG

Use the UC Transfer Admission Planner (TAP) to start your TAG application.

Review it with your community college counselor or UC Davis advisor.

Submit the TAG application by September 30 via the UC TAP.

Be sure to submit the UC application for undergraduate admission and scholarships, October 1–November 30 and review your TAG decision after Nov. 15.

Additionally, you will need to fulfill all remaining coursework and GPA requirements as outlined in your TAG agreement.
